As a former licensed and bonded contractor, I have extensive experience in residential remodel construction, which comes in handy in many real estate situations. In addition to my construction experience, I have also owned and operated an Adult Family Home. In fact, having retro fitted multiple houses to an AFH, I am ideally suited to consult on possible handicap accessible homes, and handicap access retrofitting.
